The flag’s ground color is navy blue, and the symbol’s color is white. Gumi is represented by the color white. The ratio of the width to the height is 3:2, with the standard specification being 120 cm crosswise x 80 cm lengthwise.
Description of the Design
The symbol is expressed as an image of a sophisticated city and the coexisting and continuously developing culture by linking two circles - one nucleus representing the sophisticated industrial city and the other nucleus symbolizing the brilliant culture - through a Mobius strip that represents boundless possibilities.
