- Infants and children aged 13 or under, and seniors aged 65 or older.
- State guests, diplomatic envoys, and their entourage.
- Persons entering for the performance of official duties.
- Persons falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 86, Paragraph 1 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Honorable Treatment of and Support for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State」.
- Persons falling under Article 15 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Honorable Treatment of Independent Persons of Distinguished Service」.
- Persons falling under Article 2, Subparagraph 2 of the 「Act on the Honorable Treatment of Combat Veterans and the Establishment of Related Organizations」.
- Persons falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 8-3 of the 「Act on Assistance to Patients with After-effects of Defoliants, etc. and the Establishment of Related Organizations」.
- Persons falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 52, Paragraph 1 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons of Distinguished Service to the 5.18 Democratization Movement」.
- Persons falling under Article 58 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Honorable Treatment of and Support for Persons of Distinguished Service on Special Missions」.
- Persons falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 17-2, Paragraph 1 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Honorable Treatment of and Support for Those Who Died or Were Injured for a Public Good」.
- Registered prisoners of war under Article 2, Subparagraph 5 and families of prisoners of war from detention areas under Subparagraph 3 of the same Article of the 「Act on the Repatriation, Treatment, etc. of ROK Army Prisoners of War」.
- Registered persons with disabilities under Article 32 of the 「Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities」 and one accompanying guardian.
- Recipients of livelihood or medical benefits under Article 7 of the 「National Basic Living Security Act」.
- Single-parent families under the 「Single-Parent Family Support Act」.
- Multi-child families under the 「Gumi-si Ordinance on Population Policy Support」.
- Persons entitled to honorable treatment under the 「Gumi-si Ordinance on the Honorable Treatment of and Support for Exemplary Military Families」.
- Persons who have contributed to the development of the Historical Museum by donating or entrusting materials.
Admission Restrictions
- Infants aged 6 or under who are not accompanied by a guardian.
- Persons at risk of disturbing others through smoking, drinking, or creating a disturbance.
- Persons with mental disorders.
- Persons confirmed to have an infectious disease.
- Persons possessing dangerous materials or items that may interfere with other visitors' experience.
- Others whom the Mayor deems necessary to restrict for the protection of exhibits or the maintenance of order.
Visitor Guidelines
- Please view quietly and in an orderly manner so as not to disturb other visitors.
- Please set mobile phones to vibrate mode or turn them off.
- The entire Historical Museum is a non-drinking and non-smoking area.
- Bringing in food is prohibited, and pets (except for guide dogs) are not allowed.
- Please refrain from touching or damaging the exhibits.
- Photography using flash or tripods, and filming for commercial purposes, are prohibited.
- In case of disrupting order, necessary measures such as a request to leave the museum may be taken.
