Compliance Matters for Rental Use
- The 「Gumi-si Ordinance on the Management and Operation of the President Park Chung Hee Historical Museum」 (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”) must be observed.
- The lessee cannot transfer or lend the rights.
- Rental-related events must be held only within the permitted facilities.
- If facilities, equipment, or fixtures of the Historical Museum are damaged or lost during the period of use, they must be restored to their original state, and upon completion of use, they must be organized as they were before use.
- The lessee assumes all responsibility for the storage, management, and security of all items (exhibits, tools, fixtures, etc.) brought into the Historical Museum, and the Historical Museum assumes no responsibility for accidents such as theft, loss, or damage.
- The lessee must deploy necessary safety guides for the safety of users and the maintenance of order and safety management, such as traffic and walking inside and outside the Historical Museum, and the Historical Museum assumes no responsibility for the occurrence of accidents.
- When installing or changing special facilities, etc., in the used facilities, they must be installed/changed only after obtaining permission from the Mayor and must be restored to their original state upon termination of use.
- Food cannot be brought into the used facilities, and please take care not to cause inconvenience to other visitors using other facilities in the Historical Museum due to excessive noise during events. Accordingly, participants must be notified and managed in advance.
- If the above compliance matters are violated or reasons corresponding to Article 23 of the Ordinance occur, the use permit will be canceled.
- Any difference in opinion regarding the interpretation of terms during use shall follow the 「Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government is a Party」 and the 「Civil Act」, etc., and shall be determined through mutual agreement in accordance with social norms and reason.

Restriction and Cancellation of Rental Permit
Restriction of Rental Permit
- When the lessee has not compensated for damages or restored to the original state due to facility damage
- When there is a fact that a rental was canceled or suspended due to a violation of rental conditions
- When there is a fact of applying for or obtaining a permit through false or fraudulent methods
- In the case of religious events for the purpose of missionary or proselytizing activities
- In the case of political assembly events or events for the purpose of commercial activities
- When the excess rental fee for use exceeding the permitted hours is not paid within the deadline
Suspension and Cancellation of Rental
- When used for purposes other than the permitted rental or when permit conditions are violated
- When the rental fee is not paid within 7 days after the notification of the use permit
- When the use of Historical Museum facilities is impossible due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons
- When reasons corresponding to the restriction conditions for rental permits are confirmed or occur
